Allison Ates, CPA - bio
Allison Ates has been in public accounting for over 30 years. Originally from Louisiana, she began her career in Alexandria, Louisiana after earning a BS in Accounting from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She and her husband moved to Dallas in 1997 where they have called home ever since and raised their four children.
Before starting her own firm in 2008, she gained extensive experience in real estate partnerships and small businesses while at a large local Dallas firm. She has continued to focus her tax, accounting, and advisory services firm in the areas of real estate, small businesses, and high wealth individuals through tax planning and compliance while valuing client relationships and communication. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of CPA’s.
Allison also places high value in being active in her church and volunteering her time in local nonprofit organizations and community service work.
